Synopsis:
In The Storm Called: The Adult Empire Strikes Back, Shin-chan and his friends must rescue their parents and the other adults of Kasukabe, who have been captivated by a 20th-century expo and are regressing into childlike states, abandoning their responsibilities to live in the past. The children, left to fend for themselves, must fight to stop the mysterious owners of the expo, Ken and Chaco, from fully restoring the past and trapping humanity there forever.
