Synopsis:
That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime Season 2 follows Rimuru's struggle to protect his nation, Tempest, after the Falmuth Kingdom attacks, resulting in significant casualties, including the death of Shion. To exact revenge and prevent future attacks, Rimuru gathers the human souls of 10,000 Falmuth soldiers, a requirement to evolve into a True Demon Lord, which leads to the resurrection of Tempest's fallen. He then embarks on an offensive against Clayman, one of the Octagram demon lords who was behind the attack and orchestrated a scheme to destroy Tempest. The season culminates with Rimuru's involvement in the "Walpurgis" demon lords' banquet, where he confronts Clayman to expose his treachery and defend his allies.
